Town of Chapel Hill Ombuds Office Goes Online

The North Carolina town has created a website for its new Ombuds Office, which serves about 1,000 municipal employees.  According to the website, the office practices to IOA standards.  Jim Huegerich is the Senior  Ombuds and Faith Thompson is the Ombuds. (Chapel Hill Ombuds.)
