Eaton Corp Ombuds to Address International HR Conference in Sri Lanka

Devyani Singh, an Ombudsperson for Eaton, will be a featured speaker at the International Conference on Human Resource Management and Development. At a special session on November 4, 2014, Singh will introduce the International Ombudsman Association and the concept of the Organizational Ombuds. The conference is co-organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management and Management and Science University, Malaysia. (ICHRM 2014 Agenda.)


Singh has been Eaton's Ombuds for India, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey since October 2010. Prior to that, she headed Eaton's HR Department in India for three years. She also reached the rank of Major in a decade of service in India's Army. Singh graduated from St John's College in Agra and earned a Master's at the University of Lucknow. (LinkedIn.)
