Montgomery College Ombuds Reports Strong Demand for Services

Sarah Miller Espinosa, who has served as the Ombuds for the community college near Washington, D.C. since September 1013, reports that she assisted over 100 employees during first six months ended December 31, 2014.  This represents 4% of the overall employee population and 6% of the staff employees.

Espinosa also said that 32% of her visitors completed a survey and over 95% of the respondents said they would refer colleagues and return to seek Ombuds assistance in the future.  (Montgomery College Newsletter.)
