ENOHE Members Adopt Resolution Re Independence

At the most recent annual meeting of the European Network of Ombudsmen in Higher Education, members passed a motion supporting the independence of University Ombuds.  The resolution was recently posted at the ENOHE website.

Here is the full text of the announcement: 

A Motion adopted by Members of ENOHE, nemo contra, at the final Plenary of the Innsbruck Conference: 

"This Association endorses the cardinal principles of operational independence of university ombudsmen and their legitimate protection from arbitrary dismissal."
