Job Posting: Transportation Security Administration

The TSA's Ombudsman Division (part of the Civil Liberties, Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement Office) is seeking two, full-time Ombudsman Specialists.  The positions serve internal and external stakeholders and about 25% travel is required. 
Applicants must have at least relevant experience (including: problem solving, alternative dispute resolution, and mediation techniques; identifying and implementing the appropriate conflict management skills to include mediation, facilitation, conciliation, conflict coaching, etc. to facilitate solutions to workplace disputes; and providing assistance to managers, employees, and other parties seeking to acquire conflict management services). The jobs are located in Arlington, VA and pay from $61,719 to $116,626 per year (equivalent to GS-12/13). Applications are due January 4, 2017.
