The United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services is hiring a Conflict Resolution Officer to be based in Entebbe.  The position will provide Ombuds and conflict resolution services to UN staff "in the UN peacekeeping missions in Sudan, South Sudan, the border between these two countries and some other missions in the region."

Applicants must have advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant area or equivalent experience.  Experience in alternate dispute resolution, UN work experience, and field missions are desirable.  For this post, English fluency is required and knowledge of French is desirable.  Applications are due March 11, 2018.
